Bookings can be made via the website where there is a small charge of £5 per person for the day, which includes a light lunch and refreshments.
Taylors Bulbs are the UK’s leading supplier of flower bulbs. They supply pre-packed and loose bulbs to garden centres, nurseries and landscapers throughout the UK.
Adam Taylor, fourth generation of the Taylor family said: ‘’We have a busy and exciting year ahead of us with various centenary celebrations planned which will include special promotions for garden retailers later in the year. However, our first event is the Daffodil Day as we particularly wanted to celebrate with gardeners and enthusiasts when our bulb fields will be in full bloom. We are also delighted that the RHS are collaborating with us for the Daffodil Day.’’
Taylors Bulbs have been running since 1919. Over their impressive 100-year history they have grown from 4 hectares of land to more than 750 hectares of which more than 150 ha are daffodils. Still a thriving family business, they employ over 200 staff at peak times.
