Children cheer the elderly with Christmas songs at Coolings
Children from South London school Charlton Manor sang Christmas music to an audience of elderly people at Coolings Garden Centre, Knockholt.
After the performance, the children handed a poinsettia to each member and took one each back to the school.
The plants were generously given by Ian Mills of Creswick Nurseries, Darenth, to promote poinsettias.
Pictures are due to appear in The Sun on Saturday 21 December 2019 and the children have been heard singing on The Sun podcast, This Week in the Garden, since last Thursday.
