Vacancy: Retail Development Manager – South West Covering Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset

At Woodmansterne Publications, we believe that great relationships build great business.

As one of the UK's leading independent publishers of premium greeting cards, we're proud not only of the beautiful products we create, but of the lasting partnerships we've built with our retail customers through exceptional service, trust and support.

People are at the heart of everything we do – from the talented artists we champion, to the retailers we work with, and the colleagues who make our business a success.

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Retail Development Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and helping our customers grow their businesses through excellent service and commercial insight.

What you'll bring

  • A genuine passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Commercial awareness and a proven ability to grow sales and develop customer accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own territory effectively.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer relationships.

What we offer

  • A competitive salary with sales and target-based commission and bonus opportunities.
  • Pension contributions, healthcare benefits and a fully electric company car.
  • A supportive and collaborative working environment where your ideas are valued.
  • The opportunity to represent one of the UK's most respected independent greeting card publishers.

If you believe that outstanding customer service starts with building genuine relationships, and you're excited by the opportunity to help retailers grow while representing a trusted and respected brand, we'd love to hear from you.
