We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Retail Development Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and helping our customers grow their businesses through excellent service and commercial insight.
What you'll bring
- A genuine passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and a proven ability to grow sales and develop customer accounts.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own territory effectively.
- A track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer relationships.
