Four new additions to Trans-Continental Group’s Sales Team

In readiness for the launch of their Spring Summer 2025 Outdoor Living Collections, Trans-Continental Group have announced that they have increased their Sales Team with four new additional team members.

Lee Kennerley (Sales Director) said “As part of our long term growth strategy, we have strengthened our Sales Team even further with four fantastic new additions; Alec Routledge, Gordon McLaughlin, Jake Flower and Matt Heskett. This move will put us in the best position possible to execute the next phase of our plan; giving us better coverage, whilst offering our loyal customers an improved customer experience. This couldn’t be better timing for Transcon, as we are ready to launch our Spring Summer 2025 Outdoor Living Collections at our Open Showroom event next month.”

Alec Routledge with a wealth of experience within the Garden Industry joins Transcon to manage accounts in the Southwest of England. Alec has worked with various recognisable brands such as Elho, Growth Technology, UK fire pits and Tildenet to name a few.

Gordon McLaughlin  joins Transcon to assist Ross McFarlane managing accounts across Scotland. Gordon has several years’ experience within the Home & Gift and redtail industry, working with the likes of Shearer Candles, Aaran Sense of Scotland and House of Fraser.

Jake Flower has a proven track record of regional account management and customer service. Previously working with the likes of MIM’s Pottery and Errington Reay, Jake joins the Transcon team to manage accounts across South Wales, Southern Counties and the South East.
