Rollercoaster May. It’s been another wet month to run in, but the longer days and evening sunshine is great for the soul, with a huge amount of travel with work covering 4 countries.
5 months complete and 700km run and fantastic amount raised so far. Your support and generosity are so much appreciated.

June is another busy month with work visiting Cologne for our annual Trade Show and running each day will be very early start. Our GIMA annual Charity GOLF Day which all proceeds go to our nominated charity Greenfingers, so really looking forward to supporting and running with some of my fellow council members.
20th June is the longest day of the year and I have an extra sponsor that day Boyd Partnership, where that day I will run at sunrise 5km and then again 18 hours later at sunset another 5km, please follow me that day and support in raising money to support Greenfingers Charity.
