Tomato and other young veg plants got the Veg-2-Gro season back into life last week but the cold weather is holding back overall sales which are now almost one-third down on last year.
Highlights were:
Quantil Tomato Tumbling Red Tom 8cm plants climbed 32 places to take the No 1 Veg Plant spot.
9cm Strawberries from Nursery Fresh Plants are the highest re-entry at No 3.
Farplants Sage 9cm are the biggest selling herb plant for last week, re-entering the Top 50 at No 5.
