Cold weather prompts bird feeding uplift
Relative to the drop in footfall Wild Bird Care sales fared well last week with the cold winds prompting more feeding activity.
Highlights were:
- Gardman Nyger Seed 0.9kg was the highest GTN Chart re-entry at No 14.
- Westland Peckish Complete 1kg moved furthest up the chart, flying from No 45 to No 20.
- Tom Chambers Sunflower Hearts 2.5kg climbed 6 places to be the No 3 bestseller.
