Branded Garden Products appoint new National Sales Manager

Branded Garden Products Ltd has announced the appointment of David Halsey as National Sales Manager.

With 25 years experience in the garden industry and  a proven track record in sales leadership in garden retail, David joins the company at a pivotal time as it continues to expand the presence of its brand portfolio in the UK retail sector and beyond.

David will be responsible for spearheading the company’s national sales strategy for both the Thompson & Morgan and Suttons brands, driving retail sales performance, and strengthening relationships with trade customers across independent garden centres, chains and DIY sheds.

"We are thrilled to welcome David to the team,” said BGP B2B Sales Director Mark Burberry. "His industry expertise and passion for horticulture will be instrumental in helping us meet the growing demand for high-quality and innovative seeds, plants, and associated gardening products into UK garden centres and retail outlets in general.”

Commenting on the appointment, David said: “I’m excited to join Branded Garden Products at such a dynamic stage in its journey. As gardening continues to thrive, particularly among younger and more diverse audiences, we have a huge opportunity to innovate, grow our trade network, and support retailers in inspiring the next generation of gardeners.”

The appointment signals BGP’s ongoing commitment to investing in talent, strengthening its supply chain, and supporting partners with outstanding service, quality, and product innovation.
