Rolawn raises over £300 for Greenfingers on Garden Re-Leaf Day

Rolawn raised £313.76 for Greenfingers on Garden Re-Leaf Day to help the organisation continue its work in creating inspiring and magical gardens for children in hospices.
Rolawn’s activities saw staff arrive for work dressed in green as well as organising the sale of green cupcakes and launching the Big Rolawn Grow Challenge competition. This competition sees competitors sowing sunflowers and/or pumpkin seeds and the one that grows the tallest/biggest wins.
To round things off, the company discounted online orders by 5% on Re-Leaf Day and donated this percentage to the charity. Rolawn’s Sales and Marketing Director, Jonathan Hill said: “Coming to work dressed as The Riddler was different – I was a bit worried that the car might breakdown en route.
"Everyone at Rolawn threw themselves into the day and we had a terrific time. We are all committed to supporting this inspirational charity and knowing that our efforts have contributed to helping Greenfingers raise money to fund more of the magical gardens it creates is fantastic.
"Furthermore, the Grow Challenge will keep awareness at the top of the agenda as staff try to outdo each other in their green gardening efforts.”
