Raymond Evison Clematis confirm Chelsea sponsorship

Raymond Evison Clematis has announced that Fenchurch Advisory Partners is once again sponsoring the Chelsea Flower Show Exhibit at the 2024 show.

Raymond Evison says: “We are extremely grateful to Fenchurch Advisory Partners for sponsoring our 2024 Chelsea Flower Show exhibit, as the 2024 show will be part of our celebrations, for next year, as we will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the formation of The Guernsey Clematis Nursery Ltd., now a worldwide supplier of high-quality young clematis plants.

Therefore the 2024 Show will be a milestone in the history of our companies, we will be launching two new clematis cultivars that have been bred in Guernsey as part of the new Raymond J. Evison Ltd., breeding programme, that was started in 2014.

Clematis Lindsay™ EviGsy152(PBR), is named after Mrs Lindsay Reid who is retiring as a Director of both The Guernsey Clematis Nursery Ltd., and Raymond J. Evison Ltd. Her clematis is a stunning deep blue which has a very long flowering period.
The second new cultivar, Clematis Guernsey Flute™ EviGsy153(PBR) is an extraordinary long flowering, clear white hybrid, with chocolate-coloured anthers.”

Raymond goes on to say “Without the generous sponsorship from Fenchurch Advisory Partners it would not be possible to stage such a large and comprehensive exhibit of our clematis cultivars.“

Richard Locke, the Vice Chairman of Fenchurch Advisory Partners says, “We are delighted to be sponsoring Raymond Evison Clematis again in 2024. Raymond and the whole firm have our best wishes for another successful Chelsea Flower Show."
