‘Downton Abbey’ star Jim Carter, a keen gardener and a patron of Greenfingers, has urged the gardening industry to get behind next March’s Greenfingers Garden Re-Leaf Day (27 March 2015).

Speaking at the All-Party Parliamentary Gardening & Horticulture Group reception at the House of Commons, he thanked the industry for its existing support of the charity, which enables it to continue its work providing gardens at UK children’s hospices.
