The Hillview Group have entered into a strategic alliance with The Garden Store and Burford House Garden Store, with the intention of acquiring the businesses.

Hillview Garden Centres was established in 2011 and owns Studley Garden Centre, Warwickshire and Hilltop Garden Centre, Oxfordshire.
The Garden Store has 6 centres at:
- Billing, Northampton
- Charlecote, nr Stratford on Avon
- Newton Regis, Tamworth, Staffs
- Pavillion, Wolverhampton
- Studley Green, High Wycombe
- Burford House, Tenbury Wells
