Gardeners Kitchen report healthy runner bean sales
Gardeners Kitchen, who return to No 1 spot with the highest new entry in Runner Bean Enorma, are reporting impressive sales of their young plants so far this year.
“Our sales are up, compared to last year, with some exceptional crops,” says Helen Boers.
“We sold 19,200 runner bean plants in the third week of May, and 39,000 plants in total.”
- Allensmore Rhubarb Timperley Early is the highest re-entry.
- Quantil Baby Sweetcorn is the highest climber, moving up 18 places to No 31.
