Awards were presented by Bridget McIntyre, Chairman, alongside Caroline Notcutt, Vice Chairman and great-granddaughter of founder Roger Crompton Notcutt. Individuals and teams from across the business were honoured through 15 award categories, celebrating excellence and achievements.
Notcutts Dukeries Garden Centre in Worksop emerged as this year’s standout performer, taking home the coveted awards for Best Garden Centre Performance and Best Restaurant. The team also won the Indoor and Christmas Excellence award, recognising outstanding creativity in retail presentation and visual merchandising.
Andrew Rawson, General Manager, Notcutts Dukeries, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be recognised as one of the top-performing garden centres within the Notcutts group this year. It’s a fantastic testament to the passion and hard work of our entire team.

Other awards include Planteria Excellence, won by Notcutts Wheatcroft in Nottingham for its visual displays and plant variety, and Community Hero, won by Notcutts Brampton in Cambridgeshire for its local charity initiatives. Notcutts Maidstone retail colleague Gay Sanders was awarded the prestigious Passion, Inspiration and Expertise award for her commitment to Notcutts’ core values, following a shortlist of 12 outstanding individuals across the group.
Frontline Hero awards were presented to individuals from each of the 19 garden centres and the support office. These award winners were voted for by their local colleagues, recognising them as having consistently shone in their efforts, ideas and contributions. Six longstanding colleagues were also celebrated for dedicating 25 or 40 years of their career at Notcutts.
