This large plant focused garden centre is looking for a "the best of the best" in Plant Manager's to take on the running of their Plant Department turning over in excess of £1 million in plants per year.
They are looking for a superb retailer who can demonstrate excellent staff management skills, someone who is a skilled retailer, extremely customer focused and above all has a fantastic knowledge of plants and is not shy about offering plant advise to their customers.
