The Scotscape Groundscape team have chosen to sponsor Greenfingers Charity throughout 2021 to raise funds to support their work creating hospice gardens throughout the UK for children with life limiting illnesses and their families to enjoy. 

We wholeheartedly agree with the Greenfingers ethos which is driven by the belief that time spent outdoors, away from the bedside can offer children and families under considerable stress a vital opportunity to embrace the benefits of being in the fresh air and engaging with the natural environment.

We hope to raise funds with our team of 10 walking the 874 mile distance of Lands End to John O Groats within 21 days, starting on 26th February and ending on the Greenfingers Gardening Re-Leaf day on the 19th March which marks a key fundraising day in the charity's fundraising year.  

This charity resonates with all of our team on both a personal level and as passionate horticulturalists keen to bring the benefit of gardens and nature to everyone.
