My client is a small garden centre group based in the south east of England, they are established in their market and are now looking to recruit a new senior leader to the team. 

This role will have oversight of all the groups centres as well as having day to day managerial responsibilities for the groups largest site. 

We need:

• An Experienced retail manager with a minimum of 2 years as a large turnover site manager.
• A superb retailer with an eye for quality who continually upholds high standards of merchandising and customer service.
• A commercially minded business professional who can look after the day to day HR, finance and supply tasks associated with the role.
• A forward thinking planner who can use the seasonality associated with the market to produce outstanding events to ensure top performance during peak times.
• A Garden Centre Expert who knows the industry back to front and can exploit and build on market trends.

We would prefer:

• Candidates with experience in a regional or multisite management role.
• Candidates with a positive can do attitude that lead by example.
• Candidates looking for a long term project where they can commit themselves to a business and develop with the role.
