Timber garden products manufacturer Zest 4 Leisure is opening a new photographic studio at its Saltney site to increase its focus on marketing support for garden trade customers.
The studio will be used year-round to produce product and animated assembly videos that garden centres can embed into their own websites. Zest has already produced 50 videos including short product lifestyle pieces and 'how to'-style animations to make it easier to build Zest's timber garden products in conjunction with the standard instructions. The new facility means Zest can also supply digital product images in lifestyle settings with models (and the occasional dog), many of which will feature on PoS, brochures, modular merchandisers and header boards.
Steve Morgan, Zest 4 Leisure's MD, said: “This new approach will mean that we have a comprehensive digital library of product shots available so that we can supply a diverse range of high quality marketing materials to our customers at no cost to them.
"New images and videos will also be used on social media platforms to target consumers and raise awareness of the Zest 4 Leisure brand in order to boost sales.”
The videos and studio are the latest in a series of strategic investments made by Zest in 2018 and 2019, including new and improved warehousing and a new logistics partnership with P&O Ferrymasters designed to further improve nationwide deliveries.
Steve added: “Our aim is to be a supplier of choice, delivering quality timber garden products with excellent customer service and these investments will help us achieve that goal.”
