This lovely plant focused garden centre based within the Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Berkshire borders is currently looking to appoint a Garden Centre Manager to manage the day to day running of the site. They are looking for an excellent retailer with a strong background in providing excellent customer experience, ideally someone who is horticulturally trained and has experience in the plant / horticultural side of retailing.
The Role
As Manager you will be responsible for the running of this £1.2 million turnover centre which has a strong horticultural and plant focus. You will merchandise, manage stock control and wastage. Be responsible for managing the cafe, concessions and will be guiding, nurturing and developing the team of 20 staff, actively encouraging them to take ownership of their areas and give an excellent level of customer service / experience.
