The Horti House Showcase Day – 3rd October

The Horti House will be hosting its second showcase day, this time in Cambridge, at its grower partner Bury Lane on 3rd October.

The theme and focus for this year will be around supporting customer success, from the start of the growing process through to inspiring displays in centres, to excite and educate customers. Whilst also providing great care and retail support to ensure your customers come back for more!

Special guest panellists include Freddie Blackett (who founded Patch Plants and brought houseplants to a younger demographic) and Will Clayton (recently featured on BBC Gardeners World and Chelsea Gold Medal winner).

Everyone is welcome and just needs to complete the registration form asap.

What’s happening on the day:

A walk through growing - A behind the scenes tour of the glasshouse and growing area at Bury Lane, with in depth discussion and explanation from Bury Lanes head grower Juan De Beer.  This will feature and share the innovative closed loop recycling of compost and how Bury Lane are growing the best possible plants specifically for The Horti House.

A run through the range - The full range of Horti House products will be on display with our experts able to talk through and discuss in person our core range.  We’ll be sharing sales insights and trials we have done all to make sure garden centres have the best offer for customers.

Sustainability – It’s at the heart of everything Horti House – from peat reduction, water supply, energy and reduction of plastics. A discussion on how collectively we can do more and how we can share this focus positively with our customers.

The Horti House road map – sharing what’s coming up next in 2025 and what else we need to do – your chance to influence our plans for the future. What do you want us to do?
