The Young People in Horticulture Association announce their next in-person event

The Young People in Horticulture Association has announced 2023’s first in-person event, which will be run in conjunction with Coolings Nurseries and Garden Centres, will take place on Thursday 2 February.

YPHA members will be heading to Coolings for another fantastic day learning about life in horticulture.

The day will consist of an in-depth guided tours of the garden centre and nursery, as well as the innovative setup at Coolings ‘Lifestyle’. Members will also enjoy talks from marketing guru,  Liz Dowling,  and also from BBC Gardeners’ World Presenter Adam Frost.

As most of  you will be aware that Paul Cooling – a great friend to YPHA and the wider industry – very sadly and very suddenly passed away late December. Arranging this event was his final gift to YPHA and, after much discussion, all parties involved decided unanimously that Paul would want the event to go ahead.

YPHA are grateful to all parties involved for working together to get this event organised and looking forward to a day at the Centre in Pauls honour.
