Among the many garden centres organising publicity and fundraising events for Garden Re-Leaf Day, St Peters Garden Centre in Worcester is hosting a staff Quiz and Curry night, for which they would welcome prizes as donations from suppliers.

Laura Matheson from St Peters told GTN Xta: "Here at St Peters Garden Centre in Worcester, we are hosting a Staff Quiz and Curry evening on Thursday 23rd March to raise money for Greenfingers.

"All the staff will be paying to come along as well as buying raffle tickets for a prize draw and a big auction on the night to raise even more money!

"The curry will be provided by our on-site chefs and held here at the centre.

"The prizes have been generously donated from suppliers and people far and wide within the industry ranging from Barbeques and parasols to Jewellery and experience days!

"Greenfingers is an incredible charity and we wanted to do something that all our members of staff could be involved in!

"Thank you to all who have already donated prizes and any further support is always welcome!"
