The Business

My client is a large garden centre group with an established brand name in the industry. They have a reputation for forward thinking retail practices and a loyal customer base. The group has a good mix of large and medium turnover sites based throughout the south of England.

The Role

This role will be managing a very seasonal garden furniture department in a large turnover garden centre. 
You will be a key member of the leadership of the garden centre looking after a team in your own department with some duty responsibilities across departments. Merchandising skill will have a big effect on sales in this role with a the majority of goods large value items. 

The Person

We need an experienced retailer who is looking for a chance to be part of a established and successful garden centre team. 
Candidates will have been in a retail management position previously preferably at least at department head level. 
Product knowledge is not essential but would provide an advantage.
