Squire's celebrates outstanding achievements at annual awards

Squire’s Garden Centres hosted its annual Squire’s Awards, celebrating the outstanding achievements, hard work and dedication of colleagues across its centres.

The event, held at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge in December, recognised the commitment of centre teams who consistently go above and beyond to ensure Squire’s remains a destination for exceptional customer service, quality and inspiration.

The awards were presented by Colin Squire OBE., Chairman Emeritus, and his daughter, Sarah Squire, Chairman, in front of colleagues representing Squire’s 16 centres across Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire North and West London.

Sarah Squire commented: “I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and admiration for all our colleagues. Their passion, dedication and hard work shine through every day, creating centres that truly deliver exceptional standards and outstanding service for our customers.

“It’s always wonderful to see the results of teamwork, talent and care come together so beautifully. The Squire’s Awards are an opportunity to celebrate these achievements, and I couldn’t be prouder of everyone’s contributions.”

Congratulations to all winners, with special recognition to:

  • Garden Centre of the Year – Squire’s Cobham
Awarded for growth in a challenging year and for its strong focus on plants and gardening.
  • Café Bar of the Year – Squire’s Shepperton
In recognition of the Shepperton team’s outstanding guest feedback and growth. The team demonstrate many attributes including being an all-round great team with positive energy and a ‘can do’ approach.

The Squire’s Awards are a celebration of the incredible teamwork, high standards, and dedication across the business, and the vital role Squire’s colleagues play in making the company the very best it can be.
