Countdown to Christmas is well underway

Garden centre visitors are really getting into the Christmas spirit with Advent candles and decorative snow boosting sales of festive products.

Premier Ivory Advent Candle (25cm) is the highest new entry in the GTN Bestsellers Christmas Products chart at No 5 and the Salco Advent Candle (White/Gold) is the highest re-entry at No 7.

Premier has the most products of any supplier in the Top 50 – 18 in total – including another new entry, Reindeer Antlers with Flashing Nose at No 43. It’s obviously a popular item this year, especially as Santa hat sales have yet to take off. Premier's Decorative Snow increased its sales by 100% to re-enter the chart.

Kaemingk products have also had a good week with 14 items in the chart, headed by the highest climber. The Flock Polar Bear (White) has jumped 34 places to No 11.

History & Heraldry is doing well with six products in the Top 10, including Nos 1 and 2 in the form of Christmas Money Box and Christmas Carousel Charms respectively.

Gisela Graham 3D 5-Point Star (Pale Silver) is a newcomer to the chart at No 44.
