The launch of Live Pest-Free TV comes shortly after the launch of STV’s trade website www.stvpestcontrol.com/trade.

The site has been built with trade users in mind and aims to support its growing distribution to independent hardware and garden retailers to help trade customers order online at their convenience, 24/7.

It boasts a quick order facility, online order history and help and support in the form of marketing material downloads for use in store or online. It is fully compatible with a range of browsers and mobile devices, and its launch means that STV can now be an integrated part of customers’ business wherever they are.

Retailers can read regular updates of company news, pest control tips and product information on the trade news section.

STV always aims to support its trade customers as much as possible and as a result STV has a dedicated in-house web support team and has already set a number of trade users up online. STV has a short-term aim of extending its online support to include a training and accreditation scheme for retail staff participating in its Key Stockist programme.
