Greenfingers celebrates Floral Thursday at Glee with £3,580 raised in Floral FUNdraising

Floral Thursday once again lit up Glee this year as exhibitors, visitors and supporters embraced the day in a sea of colour to raise funds for Greenfingers Charity. The annual fundraiser sees the horticultural industry come together to don their brightest floral attire, all in support of children and families who spend time in hospices.

It was great to see so many people in floral attire for the last Floral Thursday at Glee. Next year the last day of Glee is Wednesday so we can continue the FUNdraising in florals with Wild Flower Wednesday at Glee.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, this year’s Floral Thursday raised an incredible £3,580. These funds will go directly towards creating and maintaining Greenfingers Charity’s much-loved gardens in children’s hospices across the UK. These outdoor spaces provide opportunities to play, learn, care, grow and create precious memories for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

Greenfingers Charity extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the initiative. The continued efforts of so many are helping to bring the gift of a garden to more life-limited children and families who need it most.

The Greatest Floral Team Awards were awarded to the following

Miracle-Gro

Elho

Gardena

Gardeners Kitchen
