Rising Stars finalist finds way to boost coffee and tea sales
The Westland GCA Rising Stars Masterclasses were an inspiration for Kath Bailey, one of the 2015 finalists from Barton Grange. Kath took the merchandising principles and advice back to her Cookshop and decided to separate all her tea and coffee products to create clearer displays for their customers and see if that had a positive result. The answer was a big YES. Coffee products were up by 45% and tea products by 50%.
