Trelawney Ashford set to be under new ownership next week
GTN Xtra has been told that Trelawney Ashford Garden Centre in Barnstable will be under new ownership early next week with the store being closed on Monday for stock taking.
It is understood that the garden centre has been bought by Wyevale Garden Centres but a spokesperson for the company declined to confirm that this was the case. "Wyevale has no comment on market rumours," said the spokesperson.
Suppliers confirmed to GTN Xtra this week that the stock taking was happening at Trelawney Ashford on Monday with the new owners in place the following day.
Trelawney Wadebridge became a Blue Diamond centre last month.
