Gardman said yesterday that their garden centre channel sales director, Steve Harper, had left the business by mutual agreement.

In a statement, the company said: ”It is with regret that Steve Harper's appointment as CGI Sales Director at Gardman has not worked out within the business. The company has no plans to re-recruit for this position and instead, responsibilities of the role will now fall to other senior members of Gardman's much experienced and talented team.”
