Tildenet acquires Bosmere Products Ltd

Tildenet Ltd has announced the acquisition of Bosmere Products Ltd, one of the best known and respected suppliers to the garden and hardware markets.
For over 35 years as a family business, Bosmere has been developing and improving gardening products to meet the aspirational and innovative needs of the nation's gardeners.
Products that include their market leading range of outdoor furniture and BBQ covers, an extensive 'Growers Choice' propagation range and a huge garden sundries collection, which is one of the largest in the industry.
 Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Downey (above), Managing Director of Tildenet said: “We are delighted to have acquired Bosmere, an established brand within the gardening industry and one that is an ideal fit within the Tildenet Group.
"Our own Gardenware business has achieved considerable growth in recent years and we are proud to consistently achieve 98% stock availability of our entire range. The addition of Bosmere will further strengthen our position in the garden and hardware sectors.
"As we integrate production and distribution into our framework, it will be business as usual and orders can continue to be placed via your local Bosmere agent."
Tildenet have already commissioned new warehousing to accommodate their expansion programme and this will be fully operational in the next few weeks. Bosmere has an exciting future under its new ownership."
