The next three weeks are critical for sales

As the gardening season has now officially started – yesterday (Friday 14th) was Garden Re-Leaf Day – we’re at a critical point of the year and for once the weather appears to be doing us a favour...it’s warm, dry and sunny!

The scene is set for bumper sales throughout the rest of March, leading up to Mother’s Day, but are you ready? And, in particular, have your growers got sufficient plants on hold for you to meet demand. We predict high plant sales levels over the next two weekends so the supply chain will be well and truly tested.

We’d love to hear about suppliers who have gone that extra mile to help you keep sales going, so let us know your experiences over the coming fortnight...
