Development of roles at Bransford Webbs

The Bransford Webbs Plant Company has announced several new appointments on the nursery following changes to the board earlier this year.

Martin Matthews takes on the role of Nursery Manager with Dave Clarke becoming Assistant Nursery Manager. Martin joined the nursery in 2005, moving up through the business to become an Area Supervisor before taking on his current role, whilst Dave joined Bransford Webbs as an apprentice nearly 30 years ago and has been an Area Supervisor for the last 20 years.

The growing teams have been strengthened with the promotions of Simon Palfrey as Liner Unit Supervisor, and Jenna Gove, Ben Haynes, Ben Morgan and Matt Payne joining Dionne Clarke as Nursery Grower Supervisors. They bring a vast amount of growing knowledge and experience to their new roles.

“Richard and I taking on our joint Managing Directors role has enabled us to create new opportunities throughout the business for our staff to progress their careers even further,” commented Christine Burton, Joint Managing Director. “We are very proud to see them settle into their new roles and wish them every success.”
