Tickets available for 77th AIPH Annual Congress in Belgium

AIPH has announced that registration is now officially open for the 77th AIPH Annual Congress. Taking place from 14th to 18th September 2025, the Congress invites delegates to the beautiful city of Ghent in Belgium, where they will explore the subjects of sustainability and technology in the horticulture industry.

The five-day event is organised by the International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH) in collaboration with Host Partner AVBS, AIPH’s member in Belgium, Congress Sponsor Biblo, and Conference Sponsors GLOBALG.A.P. & GGN Label, TTA-ISO, and WeLodge.

Included in the programme is the AIPH International Horticultural Expo Conference, where attendees will receive updates from AIPH-approved Expos such as the much-anticipated Green Expo 2027 Yokohama in Japan and Expo 2029 Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima) in Thailand.

On 16th September, the AIPH International Horticultural Industry Conference will welcome key speakers from around the world to present on the Conference’s two topics: sustainability and technology. Speakers for the Conference include:

•    Mr. Daan de Vries, Independent Sustainability Consultant, Netherlands
•    Ms. Sylvie Mamias, Secretary General of Union Fleurs, France
•    Ms. Cecilia Luetgebrune, Secretary General, Growing Media Europe, Belgium
•    Ms. Jennifer Pheasey, Director of Public Affairs, Horticultural Trades Association, UK
•    Mr. Clement Tulezi, CEO, Kenya Flower Council, Kenya
•    Ms. Stefanie Miltenburg, Head of Public Affairs, Royal FloraHolland, Netherlands
•    Mr. Jeroen Oudheusden, Executive Officer, Floriculture Sustainability Initiative (FSI), Netherlands
•    Mr. Joep Hendricks, Business Development Manager, TTA-ISO, Netherlands
•    Ms. Julia Ostrowski, Senior Sustainability Manager, HORTICERT, Germany
•    Ms. Mirjam Boekestijn, CEO, Dutch Greenhouse Delta, Netherlands

The Congress is an essential opportunity for delegates to gain insights from leading experts and innovators, connect with international peers and build valuable relationships, discover new technologies and market opportunities, and contribute to the global dialogue on the future of horticulture.

Early bird registration discounts are available until 15 July 2025. Delegates may register for the full Congress or select individual sessions, with flexible options designed to suit different schedules.

AIPH has arranged exclusive accommodation rates for Congress delegates at the NH Collection Gent, located just a short walk from the city’s historic centre. This four-star hotel offers premium amenities and eco-certified hospitality. The special room rates are available from 13 to 19 September 2025 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking link will remain active until 29 August 2025.

For full details and to register, please visit the event page on the AIPH website.

AIPH thanks Congress Partner AVBS, Headline Sponsor Biblo; Industry Conference Headline Sponsors GLOBALG.A.P. & GGN Label, and TTA-ISO; Expo Conference Gold Sponsor We Lodge, Industry Conference Silver Sponsor HORTICERT, and Partners Ciopora and Dutch Greenhouse Delta for their support.
