Forest Garden, the UK’s leading manufacturer of decorative and core garden timber ranges, has appointed Andrew Bendall as the company’s new marketing manager.
Andrew, who takes up the position left by Vicky Nuttall, brings with him a wealth of marketing experience from across a diverse range of product and market sectors; something that will stand him in good stead as he leads Forest’s marketing department into an exciting next chapter.
Andrew’s previous experience includes roles at Newell Rubbermaid, where he was responsible for its Graco brand of parenting and baby products, as well as marketing communications for Jewson’s national branch network.
Talking about Andrew’s appointment, John Gomersall, sales and marketing director at Forest, said: “We’re incredibly pleased to welcome Andrew to our team. His experience and enthusiasm are ideally suited to the role, and I have no doubt that he’ll be a great asset in helping to build the long-term visibility of Forest across all our relevant markets. Andrew’s appointment also comes at an exciting time for our business as we further integrate M&M Timber’s portfolio and expertise into our own. I look forward to working closely with Andrew, and am excited to see what direction he takes his role.”
Andrew Bendall added: “Joining Forest Garden is an exciting prospect; one that presents a great challenge, and an opportunity for me to become part of an already trusted and highly respected team and company. I look forward to getting started over the coming weeks and months.”
