Chocolate coins top the GTN Christmas Chart this week as tills ring to record levels and smash the record peak Christmas Top 50 sales volume in garden centres.
This week’s Top 50 volume was 2% over the previous record week set in week 48 last year.
After all those till transactions we see a change at the top as bags of chocolate coins topple personalised angels off the top of the Christmas tree after seven consecutive weeks at No 1.

Mulberry Studios Festive Friends Deer Hanging Decorations climb 17 places to No 8. This is the latest personalised Christmas line to star in the chart.
Festive’s Luxury Holographic Thick Tinsel, 2 metres, is the highest re-entry at No 18.
Traditional picks for tree and room decoration are still popular.
This week a Luxury Velvet Holly pick from Davies Products is a new entry at No 44.
