We’re Growing! Join Norfolk Leisure as our new Area Sales Manager
 

Are you a relationship builder with a passion for premium outdoor living? We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join the Norfolk Leisure Lifestyle team!

 

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand across your territory, working closely with garden centres and independent retailers to grow our presence and deliver exceptional service. 

 

We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager who understands that great business is built on great relationships.

 

If you are a sales professional who enjoys autonomy, travel, and working with high-end products, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable analysing sales data as they are chatting with a store manager on a busy showroom floor.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the garden or leisure industry is an advantage!).
  • A strategic and commercial mindset with a hunger for hitting targets.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a "people-first" approach.
  • A team player, looking for a long -term career
