Quinton Edwards have announced the sale of Stephen H. Smith Garden Centre, Bolton, Lancashire to Summerseat Garden Centre.
Simon Quinton Smith from Quinton Edwards who acted on behalf of Stephen H. Smith in the sale, said: "This modern, purpose built, edge of town garden centre has substantial potential and we are sure it will go from strength to strength under the new ownership.
