Guess where the GCA Conference will be in 2014…and you could win champers!

The Garden Centre Association (GCA) have released the second clue in their competition to guess the new venue for the organisation’s next annual conference (26-29 January 2014).

Iain Wylie, the GCA’s interim chief executive, said: “We’ve had lots of guesses so far but it’s not too late to submit your prediction. Both full and associate members are eligible to enter the competition.

The second clue is: Oh I do like to be beside the seaside.

The first 12 people to correctly guess the venue will receive a bottle of champagne in their room at the conference.

To submit an answer, email info@gca.org.uk. Alternatively people can guess via social media.

More than 300 delegates from the nation’s leading garden centres, including independents and chains, are expected to attend the conference.

Iain added: “As always our conference will provide delegates with pertinent information on key aspects of the garden centre industry to assist members in achieving their business goals.

“The information shared will focus on a wide range of topics, including merchandising, marketing and management.
