Plantarea Manager 

The Business 

I am working with a beautiful independent garden centre based in the heart of Buckinghamshire. Situated in an affluent area the centre is established as a local brand name and has a well established horticultural offering. 

The Role 

This role will take the lead and be responsible for the plant range on the site. You will have full buying and merchandising responsibility for the department. Man management will be a keen skill and driving your small team in peak periods will allow you to get the most of this plant area. 

The Person 

I am seeking a passionate and enthusiastic horticulturalist who has a real panache for retailing plants.

You will be driven to sell and will know how to create sales through effective ranging around seasonality and creative and unique merchandising.
