Speciality Breads launches Gourmet Demi-Baguette range

With the BBQ and alfresco season about to begin in earnest, Speciality Breads has launched a trio of gourmet demi-baguettes to the foodservice sector.

All offering depth of flavour, vital texture and real character, the new artisan, fully-baked frozen range which is perfect for a wide range of premium foodservice providers consists of:

  • Sunflower Seed demi-baguette - a deliciously nutty sunflower seed demi-baguette, golden in colour with great texture, depth flavour of flavour and character.  30 units x 120g demi-baguettes per box.
  • Olive & Tomato demi-baguette – with a Mediterranean twist, these are loaded with high quality black olives and sundried tomatoes.  30 units x 120g demi-baguettes per box
  • Onion demi-baguette -  have a gloriously mild, fragrant, onion-y flavour and a typically crisp crust making them sublime for sandwiches and soups. 30 units x 120g demi-baguettes per box.

Speciality Breads Managing Director, Peter Millen said: With a buoyant UK foodservice sector, our NPD team are tireless in scouring the world to keep up with the latest trends, techniques and styles.

"Our demi-baguettes have always been a strong area for us so with this artisan flavoured range, we are confident that we can drive further growth during the summer season and beyond."

The company supplies a range of garden centre kicthens and cafés.
