BHETA webinar on rise of content commerce

BHETA is hosting a webinar exploring how TikTok and content-driven commerce are reshaping retail across the UK and Europe. The session features BHETA Business Services provider HQTS and takes place on 15th September at 10am.

The webinar will examine how the UK and European markets are developing, while drawing comparisons with the more established content commerce ecosystem in China.  The guest speaker is GG Zhang, Head of Content E-Commerce at Suzhou Perfect Flower Group. With experience as a founding TikTok livestream host in the US and an eBay-partnered live-streaming instructor, GG Zhang brings practical expertise in live shopping and cross-border content commerce.

The agenda includes:

  • TikTok’s rapid global expansion and its growing influence across the UK and European markets
  • How the development of content commerce in the UK and Europe compares with China
  • The wider competitive landscape of livestream and content-driven shopping platforms
  • Real-world insights and case studies from the 3C electronics sector
  • Key considerations when selecting platforms and developing a content commerce strategy
  • The operational requirements, investment considerations, people, products and processes needed to succeed

BHETA’s General Manager, Steve Richardson commented: “As social e-commerce platforms increasingly influence how consumers discover, engage with and purchase products, content commerce is becoming an important consideration for businesses seeking new routes to growth. Whether you're exploring content commerce for the first time or looking to strengthen your existing strategy, this webinar will equip you with valuable knowledge to help your business capitalise on one of retail's fastest-growing channels.”
