Manure sales up as gardeners get active
Manure sales lead the way as more gardeners get active with a 176% week-on-week sales increase. That’s a surefire indication that this could be a great year for growing.
But are you matching cat repellent sales with manure sales? We’re not seeing that yet in the GTN Bestsellers data but it was a clear linked sale in past years.
This week’s highlights were:
- Westland John Innes Repotting No.2 (30 litres) was the highest climber, moving up 25 places to No 14.
- Scotts Levington Multipurpose Compost with John Innes (55 litres) was the highest re-entry at No 17.
- Another product returning to the Top 50 was Scotts Levington Ericaeous Compost (56 litres).
