Big Business entrepreneur and Joy of Plants join HTA Technology Conference Programme

Naomi Langford-Wood, out of industry author, entrepreneur and businesswoman and Terri Jones from Joy of Plants have been unveiled as the latest speakers to join the programme for the HTA Technology Conference – Using technology to grow.
The conference takes place on Wednesday 24 February at Cranmore Park, Solihull. The theme for this year’s conference, sponsored by Headline partner CSY retail and Conference partner Swan Retail, is ‘Using technology to grow’. The one day cross industry conference will highlight examples of how technology can help support your business.
Providing inspiration from outside the industry, Naomi Langford-Wood will Chair the event. Naomi, entrepreneur and businesswoman, has used her big-business background together with instinctive knowledge of how business and people work in setting up, funding and growing 30 companies as well as writing more than 20 business books, including best-seller eCommerce Without Tears. Naomi will provide invaluable insight in her role as Chair at the event.
Terri Jones founded Joy of Plants in 2011 to provide plant retailers and gardeners with the industry-leading information and easy-to-use technologies they need (Bed Card printing, plug-in plant information for websites and e-commerce, phone apps, and more). Terri has over 25 years’ experience designing, developing and deploying technology products and in her talk will speak about why plant info is more important than ever and what’s next on the agenda?
The day will also include an open and informative panel session featuring a range of retailers and suppliers from the industry all using EPoS systems in their businesses with various focus.
