British Garden Centres returns to BBC Gardeners' World Live

 

British Garden Centres is once again returning to this year's BBC Gardeners’ World Live, sponsoring the theatre and showcasing an expansive and inspirational stand brimming with a diverse array of plants and furniture.

 

From Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, June 16, Birmingham’s NEC will be transformed into a hub of horticultural delight, and the team will be on hand with gardening advice, tips, and knowledge to transform your outdoor space.

 

Show highlights and attractions

British Garden Centres stand: Located next to the Theatre, our stand (G290 and G300) will feature an impressive stand showcasing a variety of plants and our exclusive garden furniture brand, Fern Living. Visitors can explore a vast selection of vibrant plants perfect for any garden, alongside Fern Living’s outdoor furniture that blends functionality with aesthetic appeal. This stand promises to be a highlight for gardening enthusiasts looking to enhance their green spaces with inspiration and advice from our friendly team.   You can also sign up for our Family Card which will give you instant access to promotions, events, and lots more!

 

BBC Gardeners World Live Theatre: Bringing together the nation’s favourite gardening experts, this year’s show promises an impressive line-up. The BBC Gardeners’ World Live Theatre, sponsored by British Garden Centres. will feature sessions from renowned personalities such as Adam Frost, Frances Tophill, and Joe Swift, as well as Monty Don, Sue Frost and Carol Klein appearances.

 

The Chef’s Table Show Garden: Designed by BBC Two Gardeners’ World presenter Adam Frost, this garden offers a wealth of plot-to-plate inspiration. Expect live talks and demonstrations from renowned chefs and experts, including Glynn Purnell.

 

Gardening ideas and displays: The Show Gardens at BBC Gardeners’ World Live showcase innovative garden designs, judged on design, planting, and inspiration. Other features include gardens reflecting typical plots, urban gardening, APL Avenue for small spaces, and Beautiful Borders for compact areas. These gardens provide visitors with a wealth of ideas and take-home inspiration for their gardens.

 

Floral Marquee, The Floral Marquee at BBC Gardeners’ World Live, sponsored by Legal & General, is a major attraction featuring a wide array of plants from top nurseries and specialist growers. Highlights include the Let's Talk Plants Stage for expert advice, the Plant Experts Desk for gardening help, and the Pot Swap initiative for sustainable gardening. Visitors can also enjoy the convenience of a Plant Crèche to store their purchases. The outdoor Plant Village offers additional plant shopping opportunities.

 

The International Orchid Show:  Located in the Floral Marquee, this is a must for all orchid lovers. Featuring over 30,000 species and 200,000 hybrids, the show caters to both novice and expert gardeners who want to grow and nurture this tropical flower.

 

Urban Gardening:  The Urban Gardening area of the show features two urban-themed gardens designed by award-winning Cherry Carmen. Built by World Skills UK winners, these gardens will compete for the best design which will then go on to the World Skills final. The area includes an Urban Gardening Stage with host Ade Sellars and the Cloud Gardener UK.
