Garden product sales down for 11th consecutive week
Garden Product Top 50 sales volumes were down year on year for the 11th week running as April came to a close.
Yes, the gap has narrowed but there is now a lot of sales to make up in May and June to get anywhere near to parity for garden products.
We really do need people to be spending time outside and then wanting to decorate their garden as well as look after it.
Highlights were:
- Apta Pot Toppers make a welcome return to the GTN Top 50.
- Gardman Hanging Basket Coco Liners, 30cm, are the highest chart climber as basket season gets underway at last.
- Fountasia Butterfly Bells Hanging Decorations more than double their sales to re-enter.
