Kelkay has introduced an internal app to optimise efficiency and enhance the service it offers.
The app enables Kelkay's sales team to show the company's full range of products to customers and process orders. Other features include access to customer order history and sales trends. Kelkay staff can use the app to plan calls andcapture customer information and feedback.
The app can be used offline, making it ideal when travelling or exhibiting at trade shows.
