Kelkay streamlines sales process with internal app

Kelkay has introduced an internal app to optimise efficiency and enhance the service it offers.

The app enables Kelkay's sales team to show the company's full range of products to customers and process orders. Other features include access to customer order history and sales trends. Kelkay staff can use the app to plan calls andcapture customer information and feedback.

The app can be used offline, making it ideal when travelling or exhibiting at trade shows.

Richard Pyrah at Kelkay, said: "Through this software, Kelkay customers will enjoy an enhanced brand experience. The app is a proven piece of software that we are rolling out across the company over the coming months."
