Sales of Growing Media in May reached an all time high in the GTN Bestsellers Growing Media Top 50 chart. Sales volumes for the month were up 15% on last year and 2% up on the previous high set in 2016.
Highlights in the chart this week were:
Westland’s The Gardener’s Multipurpose Compost, 50 litres, moved up 10 places to challenge the Top 3 places at No 4.
Scotts Miracle-Gro All Purpose Compost, 40 litres, was the highest mover up the chart this week, climbing 20 places to No 24.
Westland Gro-Sure Rose, Tree & Shrub Compost & 4 Month Feed, 50 litres, was the highest re-entry at No 33.
