‘Game Changer’ & customer service guru Geoff Ramm to speak at GCA conference

Creator and author of Celebrity Service and Celebrity Service Superstars and Forbes named ‘Game Changer’ Geoff Ramm will be presenting at the Garden Centre Association conference in Reading this month (January 26 until 29, 2025).

Geoff, who is a world-renowned speaker on customer service, will be taking to the stage on Monday, January 27 and his presentation is ‘not to be missed’.

GCA Chairman, Will Blake, explains: “Like our garden centre members, Geoff knows that great customer service leads to lucrative, repeat business, but that a greater experience leads to even more recognition that can create a lifetime of loyalty.

“So, how can you design a customer experience that has you talked about for decades to come? Geoff will explain how Celebrity Service can ensure your garden centre is craved by customers, envied by competitors and raved about in our industry.

“In his interactive keynotes, delegates will not only discover out-of-this-world ideas but will also find out how they can transform their touchpoints to light up their garden centres and excite their customers. Geoff has challenged and inspired entrepreneurs, high performance teams and organisations across 50 countries to create award-winning ideas to help businesses outperform the competition.

“He is trusted by some of the world’s leading brands with their service experience including Emirates, Warner Brothers, Specsavers and McDonalds. Plus, his on-stage and on-screen presence, as well as his infectious enthusiasm and humour, will have you on the edge of your seat! It’s not to be missed!”

Geoff Ramm will be speaking to attendees on Monday, January 27 at the 2025 GCA conference. Places can still be booked for the conference via Garden Centre Association Tickets, Bundles - Buy Online.

There is also a dedicated email for any queries members, and those wishing to book for the event, may have: conference@gca.org.uk.
